About the Role
Area Portfolio Manger- Will be responsible for
o PNPA Resolutions in time-bound manner
o Planning and visiting the PNPA and NPA customers.
o Driving daily NPA recoveries through team
o Recruiting and training the team in the field.
Key Responsibilities
o Driving PNPA resolutions through portfolio and business team.
o Monitoring daily activities of FEs tagged for collections.
o Ensuring all the NPA/write off borrowers are visited by the team.
o Ensuring the set collection goals are driven with daily/weekly/monthly frequency.
o Ensuring NPA & write off recovery targets are achievedt on a monthly basis.
o Visiting minimum given number of PNPA and NPA accounts
o Recruiting, Training, of the team
o Handling customer complaints and providing solution in time-bound manner.
o Arranging and participating in collections camps, Lok Adalats.
o Planning and execution of customer conciliation camps and maintaining the relevant details of customer
payments
o Visiting PTPs and ensure the team follows up with the customers.
o Liasoning and coordination with counterparts in business.
o Portfolio quality management of the allocated branches
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
. Graduate / Post Graduate
. On field Experience of 2+ Years in Microfinance Industry
. Team management skills.
