About Bharat Banking FPO COE
FPO COE is a sub-department of Centre of Excellence, Bharat Banking. It is a dedicated channel to focus on Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) ecosystem and boost our banking prospects among key FPO stakeholders (FPO, BoD, farmers, input players, processors) with the help of anchor partners.
AbouttheRole
Resource would be involved in building robust connect with anchor and FPOs and deliver banking solutions suited for the FPO ecosystem and its stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, assess, and fulfill all banking requirements of anchor affiliated FPOs and farmers associated with FPOs

2. Effective FPO lifecycle management from inception and deliver working capital, Business loans, Term loans, pledge finance loans, KCC, Tractor, Gold loan and other suited products.

3. Manage program to scale Assets, Liabilities (CASA-starting from A/C opening) and Fee Income business with FPO stakeholders by delivering customized banking Solutions.

4. Closely work with FPOs & BODs as focus areas

5. Effectively coordinate with anchor partner team on ground and bring more anchors in the chain

6. Adopt a limited product approach and deliver them effectively within Phygital framework

7. Closely work with multiple stakeholders like product, operations & credit teams for driving quicker conversions

8. Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to banks guidelines and regulatory norms

Qualifications

Qualifying criteria for the job is:

  • IJP Policy of the bank (completion of 16 months in the same role & same grade)
  • MP & Above rating
Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

  • Knowledge
  • Knowledge of product and process of working capital, pledge loans, KCC, Gold and liability products
  • Knowledge of KYC guidelines, regulatory guidelines pertaining to Farmer Producer Organizations
  • Acumen for streamlining existing processes and creating efficiency.
  • Skills
  • Strong communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills
  • Anchor Management and negotiations
  • High Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point

  • Abilities
  • Problem solving and cross functional team engagement.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor capable of taking self-initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
