Roles & Responsibilities :
We are seeking a highly experiencedLead SAP HCM Consultant(Payroll & Time Management)with over 12 years of industry expertise to spearhead our HCM transformation initiatives. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary architect and strategic liaison for our customer's HR IT team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex SAP HCM solutions, with a deep focus on Payroll and Time Management modules, ensuring seamless integration across a diverse technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture & Design
Lead the architectural design of SAP HCM systems, ensuring solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with global best practices.
Provide expert-level configuration forSAP Payroll (PY)andSAP Time Management (TM)(including Positive/Negative Time, schemas, and PCRs).
Translate complex business requirements into high-level technical specifications for the HR IT team.
2. Integration Management
Architect and oversee multiple integration points between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and third-party systems (e.g., Finance, Benefit Providers, and local Government portals).
Ensure data integrity and security across all integration middleware (SAP BTP CPI).
Conduct impact analysis for upgrades and patches within the integrated landscape.
3. Strategic Liaison & Advisory
Act as the primary technical point of contact for the customer'sHR IT Leadership.
Facilitate workshops to define business roadmaps and guide the customer through complex decision-making processes.
Bridge the gap between functional HR needs and technical IT constraints.
4. KSA Localisation & Delivery
Lead on-site engagements at customer locations inKSAto oversee critical project phases such as blueprinting, UAT, and Go-Live.
Ensure all payroll and time solutions comply with KSA Labor Law, GOSI requirements, and local statutory reporting.
Educational qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. SAP Certification in HCM is highly preferred.

Mandatory/requires Skills :
Experience:Minimum of12 yearsin SAP HCM, with at least 5 full-cycle implementations in a Lead or Architect capacity.
Core Technical Skills:
Mastery ofSAP Payroll(Gross-to-Net, off-cycle, retro-calculations).
Mastery ofSAP Time Management(Schema/Rule modifications, Shift Planning, CATS).
Strong understanding ofPersonnel Administration (PA)andOrganizational Management (OM).
Integration Skills:Proven experience architecting multi-system landscapes using SAP BTP/CPI.
Soft Skills:Exceptional communication and presentation skills ability to influence C-suite and Director-level stakeholders.
Preferred Skills :
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and hybrid integration scenarios.
Previous experience in the Public Sector or Large Enterprise environments within the Middle East.
Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
