Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure for non-IT positions
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet hiring targets
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements accurately
Candidate Experience & Communication
- Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business needs
- Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on recruitment progress
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-priority hiring environment
