Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders in banks and NBFCs
  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  • Address escalations and resolve client concerns proactively

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue share from key accounts
  • Lead complex commercial and contractual negotiations to close high-value deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management

  • Develop and execute account-specific sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Monitor account performance, pipeline metrics, and monthly budgets
  • Promote organizational thought leadership and strategic offerings to clients
