Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders in banks and NBFCs
- Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Address escalations and resolve client concerns proactively
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue share from key accounts
- Lead complex commercial and contractual negotiations to close high-value deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management
- Develop and execute account-specific sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Monitor account performance, pipeline metrics, and monthly budgets
- Promote organizational thought leadership and strategic offerings to clients
