Job Description

We're looking for a passionate beverage professional to join The Happy High. This role goes beyond the barit's about shaping the next generation of bartenders, driving innovation in mixology, and contributing to India's growing beverage culture.
In this role, you will:
Conduct mixology and beverage training at our academy and client sites
Curate cocktail menus
Contribute to engaging video content
Event bartending and activations
Support business development initiatives

What We're Looking For:
Total experience: 4 to 8 years. Experience in the Mumbai market will be preferred.
Minimum: 2 year of hands-on bartending experience at top cocktail-forward bars with exposure to modern cocktail trends
This is a Mumbai-based role, best suited for candidates who are already located in the city. Relocation support is not available at the moment.
Skills
Speed and efficiency behind the bar with comfort in modern bartending techniques
Strong communication skills with fluency in English
MS Office and general computer proficiency
