Job Title: BESS Sales Executive (Inverter & Battery Sales)
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for inverter and battery products in the assigned territory
• Drive primary and secondary sales through dealers, distributors, and channel partners
• Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional segments
• Promote BESS solutions to increase market penetration
2. Channel Management
• Appoint and develop new dealers and distributors for inverter and battery products
• Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
• Ensure partner engagement, training, and profitability
• Track dealer performance and support them in achieving targets
3. Market Development
• Increase brand visibility and awareness in the assigned territory
• Conduct product demonstrations, dealer meets, and promotional campaigns
• Educate partners and customers on inverter and battery solutions
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
4. Collection & Credit Control
• Ensure timely collections from dealers and distributors
• Monitor outstanding payments and maintain healthy credit cycles
• Minimize financial risk by adhering to company policies
5. Team Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, service, and marketing)
• Ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
• Support service teams in resolving product-related issues
6. Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Handle queries, complaints, and escalations effectively
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
7. Reporting & MIS
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Track KPIs such as sales growth, conversion ratio, and collection efficiency
• Provide market feedback and insights to management

Qualification
• B.Tech / Diploma / ITI in Electrical or related field
Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in sales (preferably inverter, battery, solar, or electrical products)
Key Skills Required
• Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution
• Good knowledge of territory management and market expansion
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive mindset
• Ability to work in a field sales environment
Other Requirements
• Must own a two-wheeler
• Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory
• Willingness to travel extensively
