We are hiring a Production Merchandiser to act as the operational bridge between client commitments and workshop execution.

Role Summary

You will be the force that connects the front-end (sales & customer orders) with the production floor.

Your responsibility is to ensure every order moves seamlessly from measurement to delivery on time, accurately executed, and without compromise in quality. Production here is not chaos. It is discipline. It is structure. It is controlled movement.

Core Responsibilities (KPI Driven)

Daily Responsibilities

• Front-end to back-end coordination
• Work allocation (planned scheduling + real-time adjustments)
• Cutting allocation & supervision
• Cataloging and code-tagging of existing and new fabrics
• Material control and monitoring
• Usage tracking (fabric, trims, consumables)
• QC checkpoint implementation across stages
• Overtime regulation (strictly necessity-based)
• Workshop discipline enforcement
• Factory upkeep and maintenance supervision
• Inventory management
• Fabric order placement and vendor coordination

Pre-Planned & Structured Controls

• Production scheduling and allocation planning
• Cutting planning and workflow monitoring
• Material planning and reconciliation
• Usage tracking vs order requirements
• Overtime planning and productivity tracking

Weekly Controls

• Quality deviation tracking & root cause correction
• Measurement accuracy audits
• Process review and corrective implementation

Team You Will Manage

• 2 Pattern Masters
• 3 Shirt Makers
• 2 Trouser Makers
• 4 Jacket Makers
• 1 Helper
• 1 Driver (shared with store for logistics)
• 1 Admin staff (store liaison for vendor coordination and logistics)

Team size will expand as new stores open.
