Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bengali Cook at Shahi Khana in Kolkata. The Bengali Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking Bengali dishes, ensuring high-quality, authentic flavors are maintained. They will also be involved in menu planning, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bengali cuisine cooking techniques
• Experience in preparing traditional Bengali dishes
• Knowledge of maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary

• Daily Rate: Rs.500 to Rs. 600 (Base) + Incentive + Tips
• Payment: Monthly (Can be weekly for short duration on special request)
• Payment Made through Bank. No Cash Payment.

• Morning Shift
• 8 AM to 6 PM
• Sunday Off
