Position Title: Bottling Corporate QSE Head
Location: Based out at Dankuni, travel to Paraj (Bardhaman), Howrah
Reports To: Director, BOD
Education: B.Tech/ M.Tech/ BE/ Bachelors degree in science, Food Science, or Food Technology Engineering.
Salary : Upto 30 LPA CTC
Experience: Minimum of 18 years in Quality, Safety, Environmental, and Operations areas.
Skills Required
- Good Laboratory Practices (handling of chemicals and Beverages, data management, etc.).
- Quality Assurance principles (cost analysis, inspection, corrective action planning).
- Food Science principles and techniques applied to the beverage industry.
- Project Management: Knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
- Technical Relationships: Ability to apply technical knowledge and establish credibility with highly technical audiences.
- Knowledge of aseptic line is preferable.
Position Overview
The Bottling Corporate QSE Manager is responsible for overseeing the Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) governance function across 3 to 4 bottling plants. This role ensures compliance with The Coca-Cola Company's KORE policies, local regulations, and international certifications, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Governance
- Define the strategic direction and annual business planning for the QSE function across assigned plants.
- Establish and achieve business plan targets for quality, safety, and environment.
- Ensure adherence to TCCC policies, local regulations, and international standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for QSE, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Compliance & Certification
- Ensure all plants adhere to KORE standards, ISO/IEC certifications, and local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain an always-audit-ready culture, ensuring compliance with all internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manage the corrective action process for direct reports.
- People & Resource Management
- Train and develop QSE team members to enhance their competencies.
- Coordinate with other departments like Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and Finance to ensure QSE standards are met.
- Communication & Reporting
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding QSE requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Manage communications related to QSE incidents, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Risk & Safety Management
- Notify of any risks or incidents that could affect quality, product integrity, or plant indicators.
