What's the opportunity

At Multiplier, we're seeking a highly skilled Benefits Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our benefits team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization provides the necessary benefits to our employees, while also managing any additional voluntary benefits that we choose to offer. This role requires a deep understanding of global benefits, including mandatory and voluntary benefits, as well as experience in managing policies such as D&O, CGL, and other global policies.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement benefits strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the administration of mandatory and voluntary benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with benefits laws and regulations across multiple countries and states.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR and finance teams, to ensure that benefits are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, answering benefits-related questions and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, including benefits providers and insurance companies.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to benefits laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to ensure that our organization remains compliant.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement benefits-related projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain benefits policies and procedures, ensuring that they are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

What are we looking for

  • Experience in EOR (Employer of Records) is a must have for this role.
  • Extensive knowledge of global benefits, including mandatory and voluntary benefits, as well as experience in managing policies such as D&O, CGL, and other global policies.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret benefits laws and regulations across multiple countries and states.
  • Experience in managing benefits administration and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex benefits-related issues.
