Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Vadodara. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruiting process, including hiring and account management. Key day-to-day tasks include identifying and placing suitable candidates for open positions, building strong relationships with clients, maintaining communication with candidates, and handling sales recruitment activities effectively.

• Experience in Hiring and Account Management
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to build strong client relationships
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
