Job Summar
yWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with 8+ years of experience in the US IT Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, building relationships with vendors and clients, identifying project opportunities, negotiating rates, and ensuring successful placements of consultants across various technologies
.Key Responsibilitie
- sMarket bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, and EAD consultants) to implementation partners, system integrators, and direct clients
- .Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and recruiting agencies
- .Identify suitable requirements from job portals, vendor networks, and client relationships
- .Submit consultant profiles to open requirements and follow up aggressively for interview scheduling and closures
- .Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with vendors and clients
- .Coordinate with consultants regarding project details, interview preparation, and onboarding activities
- .Track consultant submissions, interviews, placements, and project extensions
- .Maintain and update consultant resumes according to client requirements
- .Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
- .Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and placement metrics
- .Build new vendor relationships and expand existing business partnerships
.Required Skill
- s8+ years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales
- .Strong understanding of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle
- .Extensive experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 consultants

- .Ability to work independently and achieve monthly placement targets
.Preferred Qualification
- sBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
- .Experience handling multiple consultants simultaneously
- .Strong understanding of US work authorizations and visa classifications
