Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and market consultant profiles for
US and India staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bench sales recruitment, vendor management, and end-to-end coordination with clients and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants (IT & Non-IT) for US and India requirements
- Handle end-to-end bench sales activities including sourcing requirements, submission, follow-ups, and closures
- Maintain strong relationships with US vendors, clients, and implementation partners
- Coordinate with recruiters and candidates for interviews, feedback, and offer discussions
- Negotiate pay rates and finalize contracts with clients and vendors
- Track daily submissions, interviews, and placements
- Maintain updated bench consultant profiles and documentation
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 5 years of proven experience in Bench Sales Recruitment
- Hands-on experience in US and India staffing markets
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and skill sets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets
- Experience working in afternoon / US overlap shifts (12 PM 9 PM IST)
- Familiarity with ATS, job portals, and vendor databases
