ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a fast-growing C2C tech consulting firm specializing in placing highly skilled IT consultants with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients across the United States. Our bench sales team is the core revenue engine of the firm — and as we scale, we are looking for driven, target-oriented Bench Sales Recruiters who thrive in a high-activity, results-driven environment.
This role sits at the heart of our placement operations. You will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors, building and maintaining strong vendor relationships, managing submissions end to end, and driving placements to closure. Speed, consistency, and follow-up discipline are what define success here — and your performance directly drives the firm's revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source open requirements daily across all active channels — vendor email drops, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Google Groups, C2C-specific portals such as nvooid and CorpToCorpJobs, and mainstream job boards such as Dice and LinkedIn
- Actively market bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors through calls, emails, and hotlist broadcasts — build and maintain strong vendor relationships to gain priority access to open requirements
- Prepare and circulate well-formatted consultant hotlists to active vendor contacts regularly; identify and develop new vendor contacts consistently to expand the firm's active vendor network
- Match consultant profiles to open requirements accurately based on skills, technology domain, experience, location, visa status, and rate expectations — tailor and align resumes to each specific requirement before submission
- Obtain Right to Represent from consultants before every submission — ensure all submissions are compliant, targeted, and properly authorized
- Negotiate bill rates and contract terms confidently — understand C2C, W2, and 1099 structures and how they affect placement margins and consultant take-home
- Follow up aggressively on all submissions for feedback, interview schedules, and offer statuses — never let a submission go cold; coordinate interview scheduling between vendors and consultants ensuring both sides are fully prepared and confirmed in advance
- Track interview outcomes, collect vendor feedback, and manage offer follow-ups, acceptance confirmations, and pre-placement communication between all parties
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all submissions, vendor interactions, interview outcomes, and placement statuses in the ATS or CRM
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets for calls, submissions, and follow-ups; report activity metrics to the Senior Operations Manager regularly
- Collaborate closely with delivery and recruitment teams to stay aligned on bench availability, consultant readiness, and technology domain knowledge; provide market intelligence to leadership on vendor activity, open requirement trends, and bill rate benchmarks
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2–5 years of hands-on bench sales experience in US IT staffing — proven track record of marketing consultants to Tier-1 vendors and driving placements to closure
- Strong understanding of the C2C staffing model, US work visa categories — H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens — and employment terms including C2C, W2, and 1099
- Hands-on experience sourcing requirements across multiple channels — email drops, WhatsApp and Telegram groups, Google Groups, C2C portals, and mainstream job boards; existing vendor contacts in the US IT staffing market is a strong advantage
- Working knowledge of IT skill sets and technology domains — Java, Python, Data, Cloud, QA, Salesforce, and others — sufficient to match consultant profiles to requirements accurately and quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English — comfortable making high-volume vendor calls, writing professional hotlist and submission emails, and following up persistently without being pushy
- Self-motivated and target-driven with strong follow-up discipline — understands that speed, consistency, and outreach quality directly determine success in bench sales
- Able to manage 2–3 active bench consultants simultaneously without losing submission quality — familiarity with ATS or CRM tools for tracking pipeline is a strong advantage
