Position: Bench Sales Recruiter / Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

H1B Transfers & Work Authorizations Crucial skill! You must be confident in handling H1B, CPT, OPT, GC, EAD candidates

Prime Vendor Marketing – Must have a robust vendor network with Tier-1 and direct clients

Consultant Marketing – Market hotlist candidates aggressively across job boards and vendor channels

Negotiation & Deal Closure – Strong persuasion skills to ensure successful closures

Market Intelligence – Stay on top of industry trends to align with evolving demands

What We're Looking For:

• 3-8 years of proven success in Bench Sales – US IT Staffing
• Strong hands-on experience in H1B Transfers
• Great relationships with prime vendors and clients
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment
