Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for IT positions through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the positions.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

• Proficient in using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
