About the Role:

We are actively seeking experienced Bench Sales Recruiters to market our in-house W2 consultants across all IT domains. You MUST have a solid track record of placing consultants and an active network of trusted vendors and clients. This is NOT a training ground—it's a platform for top performers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively market W2 consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.) to your vendor/client network.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Tier-1 vendors, system integrators, and direct clients.
• Identify and close suitable opportunities for consultants across technologies.
• Negotiate rate confirmations, schedule interviews, and follow through to closure.
• Maintain a daily activity log and ensure a steady flow of submissions and placements.
• Drive revenue through pure hustle and execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Bench Sales recruiting experience in the US IT staffing industry.
• Deep network of reliable vendors and direct clients.
• Strong knowledge of US hiring practices, tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099), and visa categories.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Must be available to work EST time zone hours.
