We are hiring Senior US IT Bench Sales Professionals.
Responsibilities
- Strong experience in Bench Sales & Consultant Marketing
- Hands-on experience with C2C / C2H marketing and consultant placements
- Strong vendor, recruiter & client relationship management
- Experience with Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and other US job portals
- Strong understanding of US IT technologies and hiring trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up & relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to generate consistent submissions, interviews and placements
- Ability to independently manage and grow a consultant/bench pipeline
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ Years
- Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad – Onsite
