Job Title: Bench sales recruiter US Staffing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (US Citizens, Green Cards, H1B, and OPT candidates) to direct clients and vendor partners, identifying new business opportunities, and placing consultants on projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market bench consultants through job portals, social media, networking, and vendor contacts to secure contract positions.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with consultants, clients, and vendors.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to identify new requirements.
  • Submit qualified profiles to active client requirements and follow up for interview feedback.
  • Negotiate rates with vendors/clients and consultants to ensure profitable deals.
  • Coordinate interviews and assist consultants through the hiring process.
  • Maintain a strong database of clients, vendors, and requirements.
  • Track consultant activities, submissions, and placements through ATS or Excel tracker.
  • Ensure high levels of communication, professionalism, and ethical standards in all dealings.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4 to 10 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in US staffing.
  • Proven track record in marketing and placing bench candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT).
  • Excellent understanding of job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools (e.g., CEIPAL, Bullhorn, JobDiva).
  • Willingness to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Tier-1 vendors or direct clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
