Roles & Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants to vendors and clients.
• Search for suitable job requirements through job portals and vendor networks.
• Submit consultants to matching requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for interview scheduling and placements.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and clients.
• Negotiate rates and confirm project details.
• Update consultant resumes according to job requirements.
• Follow up regularly with vendors regarding submissions and interviews.
• Track consultant availability, submissions, and placements.
• Work with consultants on different visa types such as:
• H1B
• OPT
• CPT
• GC
• USC
• Maintain daily submission and interview reports.
• Ensure consultants are actively marketed daily.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of US IT technologies and staffing process.
• Experience with job portals:

• Good understanding of:
• W2
• C2C
• 1099
• US visa categories
• Vendor management skills.
• Resume formatting and marketing skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Daily Responsibilities

• Checking new requirements from vendors/clients.
• Calling vendors and marketing consultants.
• Sending consultant profiles for suitable openings.
• Scheduling interviews.
• Following up for feedback and closures.
• Updating marketing trackers and reports.
