Role Description

This is an onsite role located in Ahmedabad, for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The will engage in day-to-day tasks such as sales recruitment, executing the full life cycle of recruiting, managing relationships with clients and candidates, and assisting in account management. This role involves identifying potential candidates, matching them with appropriate job positions, and maintaining clear communication with all parties to ensure effective placements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales
• Experience in Hiring and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build relationships and understand client and candidate needs
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
• Familiarity with the job market and employment trends is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
