Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Bench Sales Recruiters to join our US Staffing team. This role is suitable for freshers and entry‑level candidates who are interested in building a career in US IT recruitment and bench sales.

Selected candidates will receive training and continuous support to learn bench sales marketing, vendor coordination, requirement handling, and US hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Learn and assist in marketing bench consultants to US vendors and implementation partners.

* Support in searching and sharing job requirements through job portals, emails.

* Understand C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models with guidance from the team.

* Help coordinate interviews, follow‑ups, and feedback between consultants and vendors.

* Maintain daily records of submissions, calls, emails, and responses.

* Prepare and share consultant profiles after proper verification.

* Learn US staffing process, terminology, and compliance basics.

* Work closely with senior recruiters and sales team to achieve targets.

* Required Skills & Eligibility

* Freshers / 0–2 years of experience (US staffing experience is an added advantage).

* Good English communication skills (verbal & written).

* Willingness to work in US shift timings.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email drafting, and job portals.

* Strong learning attitude, confidence, and interest in US recruitment / bench sales.

* Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.

* Basic awareness of US visa categories such as H‑1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card (GC), and US Citizenship (USC).

* Exposure to or familiarity with US job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.

* Educational background in BBA, MBA (HR/Marketing), B.Com, B.Tech, or any equivalent qualification.

Experience: Freshers / Entry‑Level

Shift Timing: 6:15PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Work Mode: In‑Office

Location: Mahalaxmi Nagar, Indore
