We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to support our IT consulting bench in the Canadian market. The ideal candidate will have prior experience marketing IT consultants (US & Canada) and will be responsible for placing our bench candidates with top clients, staffing partners, and system integrators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and place bench consultants ( PR, Canadian Citizens, Work Permit holders, etc.) across IT skill sets into contract roles with clients and Tier-1 vendors in Canada.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners, direct clients, and vendors.
- Understand the technologies and skillsets of consultants to effectively match them with relevant job openings.
- Submit consultants to job requirements, negotiate rates, and follow up to ensure successful onboarding.
- Coordinate with the internal team for consultant documentation and submission processes.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Track marketing activities and provide regular updates on consultant placement status.
- Stay updated with Canadian IT staffing trends and immigration regulations relevant to bench sales.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in bench sales recruiting, preferably in the Canadian IT staffing market.
- Strong understanding of various work authorizations in Canada (e.g., PR, Open Work Permit, PGWP).
- Proven experience in marketing consultants and working with vendors and clients in Canada.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media recruiting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
