The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our bench positions, and will be able to work independently to achieve recruiting goals.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top talent for bench positions
- Identify qualified candidates through various sourcing techniques
- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand position requirements
- Maintain candidate database and track recruiting metrics
- Negotiate compensation packages and present offers to candidates
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in bench sales recruiting
- Strong understanding of job market context in India
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet recruiting goals
- Experience with various sourcing techniques, including social media and job boards
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
