Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to handle end-to-end marketing of our bench consultants. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and experienced in working with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and place bench consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, OPT, etc.) across various technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and hiring managers.
  • Identify suitable job requirements through job portals, networks, and vendor lists.
  • Submit qualified consultants to open requirements and follow up for interview schedules.
  • Negotiate rates and close positions effectively.
  • Maintain a daily activity tracker and ensure consistent follow-ups.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding processes.
  • Work closely with consultants to understand their strengths and job interests.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 14+ years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter.
  • Strong knowledge of US staffing, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and visa types.
  • Experience working with Direct Clients and Tier 1 vendors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of placing consultants across technologies.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT staffing domain.
  • Strong vendor network in US market.
  • Ability to independently manage consultant marketing cycle.
