- Bench Marketing: Identify, market, and place bench consultants within Medical Device and Pharmaceutical domains, such as
- Design Quality Engineer
- Validation Engineer
- Post Market Surveillance Specialist (Remote)
- Clinical Scientist
- CER Writer/Medical Writer
- Sr. Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Remote)
- Manufacturing Engineer
- Computer System Validation (CSV) Engineer
- Senior Packaging Engineer
- And other related positions within the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical domains.
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and Tier 1 vendors, ensuring successful placements.
- Networking: Proactively network with hiring managers and industry contacts to identify potential job openings and opportunities for bench candidates.
- Lead Generation: Generate new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential clients within the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical sectors.
- Consultant Management: Maintain strong relationships with consultants on the bench, understanding their skills, career aspirations, and providing guidance to help them secure placements.
- Compliance: Ensure all placements meet industry standards, including understanding the regulatory requirements related to the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical sectors.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on bench sales activities, including lead generation, client interactions, and placement success rates.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 0-1 year of experience in Bench Sales, specifically in the US staffing industry with a focus on Medical Device and Pharmaceutical sectors.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries, including FDA regulations, EU MDR, and 510(k) processes.
- Client Relationships: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with direct clients and Tier 1 vendors.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in selling and placing bench candidates within the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical sectors.
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present candidates to clients and secure placements.
- Networking: Strong network of contacts within the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM tools and ATS systems.
- Knowledge of visa regulations and compliance related to bench sales.
- Strong understanding of technical roles within the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical sectors.
