This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The position is located in Nellore, with some flexibility for remote work. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing IT consultants, building relationships with vendors and clients, identifying project opportunities, understanding requirements, and negotiating contracts. The role also includes maintaining a database of consultants and vendors while ensuring smooth coordination between all stakeholders.

• Knowledge of US recruitment processes and work authorization documentation is preferred

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruitment or a related field
