Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, system design, and architecture. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software applications using the MERN stack.
- Architect and design scalable systems, focusing on performance optimization.
- Implement workflow designs and ensure smooth integration of various system components.
- Utilize queueing and caching mechanisms to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Develop and manage microservices-based architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in agile methodologies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring high-quality and bug-free code.
Technical Skills
Required :
- Languages & Frameworks : Node.js, NestJS, React.js, Next.js.
- Databases : MySQL, NoSQL.
- Cloud & Architecture : AWS, Microservices Architecture, System Design, System Architecture.
- Concepts : Workflow design and implementation, Queueing, Caching, Scalability, and System Performance Optimization.
- Methodologies : Agile methodologies and sprint planning.

Qualifications
- Equivalent degree in IT/Computer Science with good academic credentials.
