Role Purpose

The role will be key in strengthening organizational capability by driving capability-building initiatives, supporting leadership development, and enabling enterprise talent management processes.

The role is responsible for designing and anchoring development interventions, managing learning platforms and the learning ecosystem, and supporting talent management initiatives that enhance leadership capability and overall organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and drive capability-building initiatives across the organization by developing and deploying structured development interventions aligned with business priorities.
  • Design and anchor learning programs using blended approaches including facilitated workshops, digital learning, mentoring, and experiential learning.
  • Manage and continuously enhance the organization's learning platforms and learning ecosystem to ensure accessibility, engagement, and effective learning delivery.
  • Facilitate learning programs and development workshops to support capability development across different levels of the organization.
  • Support the design and execution of leadership development initiatives and structured development journeys.
  • Enable talent management processes by working closely with HR and business leaders to support organizational development priorities.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of talent management initiatives aligned with evolving organizational needs.
  • Leverage organizational insights and feedback to inform capability-building and development initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive effective implementation of learning and talent initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6-12 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management roles.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed institution.
  • Experience in designing and executing learning and leadership development initiatives within a corporate environment.
  • Exposure to talent management processes and organizational development initiatives.
  • Experience working with learning platforms, digital learning tools, and facilitating development programs.
