Role Overview
We're looking for a Beehiiv Newsletter Specialist who knows the platform inside out and can build, manage, and scale multiple newsletters for our clients in AI, tech, and venture capital. You should know how to craft compelling narratives, optimize deliverability, grow subscribers, and turn newsletters into a powerful acquisition + engagement channel.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end newsletter production on Beehiiv, formatting, templates, scheduling, automations, segmentation, analytics.
- Write, edit, curate, and optimize long-form + short-form content for AI/tech audiences.
- Develop newsletter growth strategies (referrals, boosts, cross-promos, funnels, incentives).
- Build automated onboarding sequences and drip journeys to improve retention.
- Track performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and create actionable insights.
- Stay updated on Beehiiv features, email best practices, and content trends in AI, tech, and VC.
- Collaborate with the strategy team to keep newsletters aligned with brand voice and audience goals.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on Beehiiv experience is a must including advanced features like boosts, automations, segmentation, A/B testing.
- Strong writing + editing skills (AI, tech, or startup content experience preferred).
- Understanding of newsletter growth systems and scalable content workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and editorial calendars simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset comfortable working with dashboards and data.
- Bonus: Experience with tools like Notion, Zapier, SEO platforms, or social growth systems.

Salary
50,000 per month (fixed)
