- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations
- Track participation, completion rates, and learner progress
On-the-Job Training & Mentorship
- Train new hires and upskill potential trainers through Train-The-Trainer programs
- Monitor performance of beauty advisors and provide guidance for improvement
- Build professional relationships with internal teams and external brand trainers
Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs
- Submit reports on training progress and effectiveness
- Support MIS, training trackers, and performance tracking
