This is a full-time on-site role for a Beauty Consultant at our Gurugram location. The Beauty Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right skincare, bath, and beauty products that meet their needs. Daily responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, sharing product knowledge, demonstrating product applications, offering skincare and beauty consultations, and achieving retail sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on new products, trends, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

• Skincare and Cosmetology expertise to guide customers in selecting products and providing tailored recommendations
• Strong Product Knowledge regarding the features, benefits, and ingredients of skincare and beauty products
• Customer Service and Retail Sales skills, with a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and surpassing their expectations
• An understanding of Skin Care practices and trends to provide informed and effective consultations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish lasting relationships with clients
• Previous experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus
• A passion for wellness, self-care, and sustainability is highly valued
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in beauty or skincare are advantageous
