As we expand our offline presence, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our retail team at Galleria Market, Gurugram.

We are seeking a customer-focused and sales-driven Beauty Advisor who will deliver exceptional in-store experiences and drive store performance.

• Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge (skincare, bath & body, fragrances)
• Maintain VM standards, merchandising, and stock replenishment
• Ensure premium customer service and brand representation
• Handle billing, POS operations, and customer queries
• Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business

• 16 years of retail sales experience (beauty/cosmetics/luxury preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable and confident personality
• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
