Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Sales Advisor for our Alpha One Store. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of
cosmetic and skincare brands, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their needs and guiding them to the right products.
- Recommend skincare and cosmetic products based on customer preferences, skin types, and concerns.
- Drive product trials and explain features, benefits, and usage to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty trends.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Handle billing, stock management, and ensure proper product display & hygiene at the store.
- Build strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat visits and brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Prior experience (13 years) in retail sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
- Strong knowledge of leading cosmetic and skincare brands.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for beauty and personal care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and mall timings.
