Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Beauty Advisor, based in the Pune Division. The Beauty Advisor will provide personalized beauty consultations, recommend products, and assist customers in selecting skincare, bath, body, and fragrance items to suit their needs. They will demonstrate product benefits, share expert knowledge, drive retail sales, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to visual merchandising and store organization.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Cosmetology and Skin Care
- Comprehensive Product Knowledge and the ability to educate customers
- Superior Customer Service and Retail Sales skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for premium beauty and wellness products
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment
- Previous experience in beauty retail or a related field is preferred
