Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beautician for a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. As a Beautician at Sparkle Academy, you will be responsible for providing high-quality beauty and wellness services while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Your daily responsibilities will include consultations, delivering a variety of beauty treatments, recommending personalized skincare and grooming solutions, and staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry. You will also be involved in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards within the workspace.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in services such as hair care, skincare, and makeup application
- Knowledge of advanced beauty treatments and techniques, including facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure
- Strong communication and customer service skills to understand client needs and provide personalized solutions
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation
- Certification in cosmetology or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with the latest beauty trends and products
- Prior experience working in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry
- Attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach
