This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beat Trainer based in Raipur. The Beat Trainer will deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, ensuring that participants master specific skills and capabilities. Responsibilities include designing and conducting training programs, tracking participant progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role focuses on developing capabilities related to route planning, execution, and market development techniques to drive effectiveness in sales and outreach operations.

• Strong knowledge in route planning, market development techniques, and sales process understanding
• Experience in delivering training sessions, developing learning materials, and providing constructive feedback
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze and track performance metrics to evaluate learner progress
• Proficient in using standard productivity tools and technology-enabled training platforms
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage training schedules effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Education, or a related field
• Prior experience in training or sales enablement in industries such as FMCG or Retail is a plus
• Openness to constant learning and adapting to new training methodologies
