Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Representative with a proven track record in AI agents and AI solutions to drive our sales pipeline and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding of AI technologies with exceptional sales acumen to identify, qualify, and nurture high-value prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential clients interested in AI agent implementations and AI-powered solutions
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social selling to generate qualified leads
  • Engage with C-level executives, IT directors, and decision-makers to understand their AI transformation needs
  • Articulate the value proposition of Othor AI's solutions and how they address specific business challenges
  • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with the sales engineering team
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and prospect information in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for AI solution prospects
  • Stay current with AI industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification targets

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience specifically in AI agents, AI solutions, or related technologies
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML concepts, automation technologies, and enterprise software solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and qualification metrics
  • Experience selling to technical buyers and understanding complex B2B sales cycles
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, or intelligent automation platforms
  • Knowledge of API integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise software architectures
  • Previous experience in SaaS or technology startup environments
  • Understanding of AI ethics, compliance, and enterprise security considerations
  • Track record of building relationships with technical and business decision-makers
