Job Description



  • Identify and research target accounts and key decision-makers


  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, events)


  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads


  • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives


  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and activity tracking


  • Work closely with Marketing and AEs to refine messaging and targeting


  • Continuously improve outreach strategies through experimentation

The Successful Applicant



  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or high-performance environments


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


  • Comfort with cold outreach and rejection


  • High ownership mindset and bias for action


  • Structured, organized, and metrics-driven


  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment


  • Experience selling SaaS or B2B technology


  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)


  • Experience in outbound prospecting
