Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi. As a Business Development Officer (BDO) at Real Smart Micro Finance Association, your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and onboarding new clients, managing client relationships, conducting field visits, and promoting our financial products and services. You will be expected to develop and implement business strategies to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the BDO will collaborate with local communities to understand their needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Financial Products and Services
- Ability to conduct Field Visits and Community Outreach
- Problem-Solving and Negotiation Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Experience in the microfinance sector is a plus
