Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US NON IT Staffing Industry
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Understand client needs and requirements, and communicate them clearly to the recruitment team
- Lead the sales process from lead generation to closure of deals
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues to maintain strong client partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and customer needs
- Stay informed about legislative and compliance issues affecting the staffing industry
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales collateral
- Support the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates for client requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager in US Staffing
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- In-depth knowledge of the NON IT US staffing industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proven track record of converting prospects into clients
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Understanding of market research techniques and analysis
- Up-to-date with industry-related trends and technologies
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Willingness to travel as needed
