Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US NON IT Staffing Industry
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and communicate them clearly to the recruitment team
  • Lead the sales process from lead generation to closure of deals
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues to maintain strong client partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand business opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and customer needs
  • Stay informed about legislative and compliance issues affecting the staffing industry
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales collateral
  • Support the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates for client requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager in US Staffing
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • In-depth knowledge of the NON IT US staffing industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proven track record of converting prospects into clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities
  • Understanding of market research techniques and analysis
  • Up-to-date with industry-related trends and technologies
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Willingness to travel as needed
