Senior BDM – US IT Staffing (Revenue & Growth Focused)
Location: Noida / Bangalore (Hybrid)
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing US Staffing sales professional to drive aggressive revenue growth and help scale our US IT Staffing vertical.
This is a pure hunting + growth role with strong ownership toward new client acquisition, account mining, and vertical expansion.
If you have consistently closed direct clients, driven MSP/VMS business, and built multi-million-dollar pipelines — we want to connect.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Growth
- Acquire new direct clients across the US market.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle (Prospecting → Client Onboarding → Revenue Realization).
- Build a consistent pipeline through cold outreach, LinkedIn, references, networking.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
US Market Expertise
- Strong understanding of C2C, W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, MSP & VMS models.
- Strong network with Hiring Managers, Procurement, TA Leaders.
- Knowledge of rate cards, bill rates, margins, and closing ratios.
Vertical Expansion
- Contribute to building scalable sales processes.
- Identify new industry verticals & growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with recruitment leadership to improve delivery alignment.
What We're Looking For
- 7–10 years in US IT Staffing Sales.
- Proven track record of revenue generation.
- Experience managing direct clients and/or MSP accounts.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation & closure ability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — not someone who waits for inbound leads.
