Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) focused on Upwork at Webguruz Technologies Pvt Ltd, located in the Mohali district. The BDM will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities on Upwork. Daily tasks include creating and submitting proposals, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectations. The BDM will also analyze market trends, identify potential leads, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Experience with Upwork platform and business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and sales strategies
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal teams for project delivery
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Capacity to work on-site in Mohali district
