Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India for a Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in UK Sales. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and generating leads in the UK market, developing and nurturing client relationships, and creating strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. The role includes preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating closely with the teams to ensure client satisfaction. Monitoring market trends and staying informed about competitive offerings will also be key aspects of the job.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills with expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in market research, analysis, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain effective client relationships
  • Previous experience in UK sales and knowledge of the UK business market
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in the digital marketing or IT industry is highly advantageous
