Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with partner universities, and expanding the organization's network with prospective students. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, designing strategic growth plans, conducting client presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience with Lead Generation, Market Analysis, and Business-to-Business communication
  • Proficient in Negotiation, Networking, and Decision-Making
  • 0-1 years of experience preferred
  • Excellent Organizational, Problem-Solving, and Analytical Skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work on-site, adapt to dynamic environments, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Prior experience in the education consultancy industry or a similar domain is an added advantage
