23 years of proven experience in business development (B2B/B2C)
Strong understanding of manufacturing or EPC industry dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
Ability to build and lead a business development team
