Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) in Sales and Marketing located in Kolkata. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Knowledge of the logistics industry is a plus
