This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Business Development Manager (BDM). The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth. Responsibilities will include creating and presenting proposals, identifying potential markets, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The role requires active market research, client follow-ups, and attending stakeholder meetings to expand the company's presence and revenue.

• Strong skills in Business Development, including market analysis, client acquisition, and strategic planning
• Sales and negotiation experience with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Communication and presentation expertise, with polished interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally ERP, Busy Accounting Software, or Marg is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in financial services such as GST registration, return filing, and loan consulting is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Markable track record in achieving sales targets and handling financial services is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
